Before I even start, you must know that the Italians are not exactly like people from other parts of the Europe. The following video will give an idea about what the Italians are like.

The above clip might be a bit exaggerated, but you now have an idea how Italy is like. The one about how they park their cars is absolutely true. I've got pictures as evidence. Look!

In prior to our depature, we have already watched the above clip. Therefore we prepared ourselves well when first arrived in Rome. The first impression of Rome: Lowest entropy ever! AKA, messy. Cars are parked without any organization; trees are just emerged into your eyes out of nowhere; houses...so many houses one can barely see the street!

Nevertheless, one can never underestimate Rome. After all, they have built one of the most impressive architectures of the whole world. Those breathtaking historic sites include Colosseum, Roman Forum, Altare della patria, Campodiglio and etc. Let me give you a glimpse of these beautiful places.

Speaking of Italian, one have to talk about the fantastic Italian cuisine. Upon arrival to Rome, my first meal was a very traditional Roman Stew, which I reckon the main ingrediant was the goat's neck. The meat was tender, moist, and most importantly, delicious!! The presentation was not as impressive as the taste, but trust me, once I'm back in Rome, I'd order that dish again!

Another thing to notice in Rome, is that they don't have gigantic supermarket. Their version is more like minimarket: small, contains minimal processed food, and fresh. I love the very italian preservations of fruit and vegetables.

    Black spaghetti!

Equally impressive, are the lovely stores in the high street.

There is also some certain naughy book store.

Wouldn't it just a be a pleasure to be thoroughly emerged into the Italian culture? One thing that fascinates me the most is although being a small country, every place in Italy is different from each other! They've all got their own styles. You'll see more about Vennice when I post it.
